Skool of Soccer Program Policies

1. Non-Cancellation Policy

Enrollment in our programs is final and binding. Due to the personalized nature of the program, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Non-Refundable Payment Terms

All payments made are non-refundable, including full and installment payments. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and acknowledge this policy.

3. Payment Obligations

If you choose the installment payment option, you must complete all payments as scheduled. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension until the balance is paid. We reserve the right to seek full payment for services rendered up to suspension.

4. No Chargebacks or Reversals

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider. Any attempt to reverse payments will be treated as a breach of this agreement, and we may pursue legal action to recover the owed amount, including legal fees.

5. Service Delivery

The ProCoach Accelerator is a 3-month program. Services include 1-on-1 coaching, website development, branding, and more, as described in the program outline. We commit to delivering all services as agreed, provided payments are made on time.
The Blueprint Course is a self-paced program that you can access anytime after completing the one-time payment. Learn at your own speed and revisit the content whenever you need.

6. Ownership Transfer of Website

Full ownership of the website developed during the program will be transferred to you only after all payments are completed. Until full payment is received, Skool of Soccer retains ownership of the website and its content.

7. Rescheduling Policy (If applicable)

You may reschedule 1-on-1 sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated.

8. Program Modifications

Skool of Soccer reserves the right to modify the program's structure, content, or delivery method if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and we will strive to ensure they do not negatively impact your experience.

9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the program are proprietary to Skool of Soccer. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Skool of Soccer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the program. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and decisions based on the coaching and guidance provided.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Skool of Soccer operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

12. Disclosure of Additional Costs

Please note that costs for website hosting, software, and any other necessary tools or services are not included in the ProCoach Accelerator program package. These additional costs are the responsibility of the client and must be purchased separately.
